This panel allows reviewers to

	View a new/revised manuscript to be reviewed
	Submit comment on manuscript reviewed

If you have been assigned a username and password you may sign in using the right pane and edit your information using the "My Information" link. If not, you may create your username and password and let the editorial office to change your status from author to reviewer. If you are already an author, the 'author username' MUST be different from the 'reviewer username'.

Please note that creating your own user access code does not immediately allow you access to manuscripts for review. In fact, your record is held in the database at the level of manuscript "Author" until the editorial office changes your user status to "Reviewer" level.
